Artists, as independent business owners renting booth space from The Shop, are entitled to set their own fees. In an attempt to foster a community atmosphere, these are the prices we’ve set as a guide.
Prices may vary depending on circumstances. This is just a guide.
We do not charge for set up time, standard drawing time or consultations, but last minute design changes by the client will be considered billable hours. Clients reserve the right to decline any design without being pressured to be tattooed at their scheduled appointment, but not the right to demand an artist draw their design in a manner outside their own style, range or skillset or on demand.
Deposits – Standard
When a deposit is required to hold an appointment date for a tattoo, the deposit will be made directly to the artist. Deposits are not refundable.

Standard hourly rate for custom tattoos by senior artists. Apprentice rates vary. $150 / hour
Veteran & Military Rate
As a veteran himself, Darl offers a special discounted rate to his clients who have served in the armed forces.

Sleeve-work Hourly Rate
If a client will be committing to sleeve work, or many sessions, the artist will offer the client a discounted rate.

Coverup Hourly Rate
Our hourly rate for coverups is greater than the hourly rate for standard custom work, because more work is involved in planning and more complexity while tattooing.
